My green breakfast smoothie


Everyone is going green…


Yes green is the new black, and I love it! The more dark green leafy vegetables you can consume the better. Green is said to help regulate your body’s PH levels,  if you body is very acidic, you will feel bloated, tired and crave the wrong foods. In order to alkaline our bodies, we need to consume more alkaline foods. This means less processed foods and more fresh produce organic foods.


I love green smoothies for breakfast, it’s a great way of getting all the nutrients you need in one quick meal.

My usual green smoothie;

Coconut water

1 frozen banana

Hand full if spinach or kale

Half an avocado

1 scoop whey protein


Blend and enjoy!
